Duties:
- Operate and monitor process equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Monitor and record process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis and maintain accurate records of test results
- Package finished products according to specifications and prepare them for shipment
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, materials handling, and fabrication processes
- Familiarity with machining techniques and equipment is a plus
- Understanding of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) is preferred
- Experience working in a laboratory setting is beneficial
- Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is desirable
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
